When ICO's run all, or part of their ICO on the LocalCoinSwap platform, they will compensate LCS. This is generally done by Airdropping some of their native token to all LCS holders. This answer is relevant to tokens that are ERC20 compliant.
There are 2 places that you can store your LCS in order to receive Airdropped tokens.
- The LocalCoinSwap exchange.
- An ERC20 compatible wallet that you control the private key to.
Your tokens must be stored in one of these 2 places at the time of the Airdrop. You are free to store your LCS elsewhere before or after this time without affecting your Airdrop entitlement.
If you leave your tokens on another exchange or in a wallet where you do not hold the private keys at the time of the Airdrop, then you may not receive the tokens.
Any Airdrops will be announced ahead of time to enable users to ensure that their tokens are in an appropriate location when the Airdrop occurs.
