When using LocalCoinSwap you have two wallet choices when using Bitcoin. One is the "Standard" wallet, this is a fully managed custodial wallet. The other is a non-custodial wallet that only you have control of as the keys are generated locally in your browser against your account password which is not stored by LocalCoinSwap.
When depositing funds into either wallet it's important to select the appropriate wallet based on the type of trades you intend to perform as these wallets are entirely independent from each other. To transfer funds from one of these wallets into the other one simply copy the deposit address from the wallet you wish to transfer into and perform a withdrawal from the other wallet into that address.
